The Mercedian is brought to you by Enclavesmarts Community Solutions Management Inc. (ECSMI), a boutique developer established in 2007 to cater to the accelerating real estate requirements of the globalized clientele in the Philippines. Since its inception, ECSMI has taken on the role of lessor and property manager, and has only now begun to branch into the sale of residential property.

Before The Mercedian came The Gregorian Building in Taft Avenue, which has continued to provide secure spaces for commercial establishments, private companies, and entrepreneurs since its 2010 start of operations.

As ECSMI's newest addition to its roster of properties, The Mercedian has 10 floors of commercial and residential areas to help cultivate a wholistic and vibrant space for economic activities, private engagements, and family celebrations. We have worked with valued partners in our curation of a comfortable and reliable care community in the south, with Asian Health and Medical Clinics and GenPro Fertility and IVF Corp utilizing our commercial spaces.

Our residential spaces have also been limited to only 8 units per floor in order to ensure that each resident is afforded comfortable and accessible living spaces.
